Tschetschenien: genug!

Sehr geehrt Damen und Herren des Europäischen Rates und der Europäischen Kommission,

Während der 300 Jahre russischer Besetzung hat Tschetschenien die "Gunsten der Kolonialisierung" nur in der Form von umwälzenden Ereignissen (Massaker, Zerstörung, Massendeportierung) „genossen", die durchschnittlich alle fünfzig Jahre stattfanden.

Im Laufe der letzten sieben Jahre sind etwa 150.000 Bürger der tschetschenischen Republik (15% der Gesamtbevölkerung) ums Leben gekommen. 250.000 sind geflüchtet und leben größtenteils unter unmenschlichen Bedingungen. Unter der Zivilbevölkerung und den Widerstandskämpfern haben Zehntausende die Erfahrungen der Gulags des "demokratischen" Russland gemacht: die Filtrationslager, mit allen dazugehörenden Nebenerscheinungen wie Folter, Vergewaltigungen, Erpressung und Hinrichtungen. Mit jedem Tag verlängert sich die Liste der Toten, Verletzten, Verkrüppelten.

Sie kennen diese Zahlen und Ihnen sind diese Tatsachen bekannt. Diese stammen nicht aus Stalins Zeit. Sie sind von heute. Sie kommen aus dem Russland Eures Kollegen Vladimir Putin, aus einem Russland, das sich, beim Foltern Tschetscheniens, selber fremd wird.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren des Europäischen Rates und der Europäischen Kommission,

Sie haben keine Wahl mehr. Es sei denn, Sie ziehen es vor, die Werte und Ideale der Union und der Mitgliedsstaaten weiter zu verraten. Es sei den, Sie ziehen es vor, sich nicht nur des Vorwurf der Mittäterschaft durch Unterlassung schuldig zu machen, sondern bewusst Verbündeter des Völkermord zu werden und damit direkter Täter in der Tragödie, die sich in Tschetschenien abspielt, zu sein. Sie haben schon zuviel Zeit verloren, jetzt müssen Sie handeln und Ihrer Empörung Ausdruck verleihen.

- Sie müssen von dem Präsidenten der Russischen Föderation, Vladimir Putin, verlangen, dass er schnellstens mit dem legitimen Präsidenten der Tschetschenischen Republik Itschkeria, Aslan Maskhadov, die Bedingung des Entkolonialisierungsprozess Tschetscheniens verhandelt.

- Sie müssen eigenhändig, und auf unilateraler Ebene, den Schritt zur internationale Anerkennung der Tschetschenischen Republik Itschkeria fordern.
